• Can I purchase multiple E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards?
  Yes, you can buy up to Five (5) E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards per transaction. To purchase more than five (5) E-Gift Cards/ Gift Cards, please place another order online or visit a Harvey Norman store in Singapore.


• Can I choose the value of an E-Gift Card/ Gift Card I want to purchase?
  Yes. You can purchase any amount between the minimum of $10 and the maximum of $1,000.


• Can a Gift Card be used to buy another Gift Card?
  No, Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.


• What payment methods are accepted for Gift Card purchases?
  In Harvey Norman Stores in Singapore, you can use cash, credit cards or debit cards (VISA/MasterCard). For online purchases, only credit cards (VISA/MasterCard) are accepted.
  Payment via e-wallet apps or by instalment are not allowed.


• Can I buy a E-Gift Card for myself?
  Yes, simply enter your own email address in the recipient field. The E-Gift Card will be delivered to your email.

  The E-Gift Card/Gift Card is valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance.


• How can I check the balance on my Gift Card?
  You can check your Gift Card balance here or visit the any Harvey Norman store.


• Where do I find my Gift Card PIN, and when will I need it?
  On an E-Gift Card, the PIN is below the card number in the email. On a physical Gift Card, the PIN is on the back, concealed for security purposes. Scratch off the coating to reveal it. You will need the card number and PIN to redeem the Gift Card online or check its balance.


• How do I redeem E-Gift Card/Gift Card at www.harveynorman.com.sg?

  • Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  • Enter the E-Gift Card/Gift Card number and PIN.
  • Click "Apply". The E-Gift Card/Gift Card amount will be deducted from your total order. If the card value doesn't cover the full payment, you can pay the remaining balance with other accepted payment methods.


• Can a Gift Card be used more than once?
  Yes, you can use it multiple times until the stored value is depleted. The card's value decreases with each purchase, and any remaining balance can be used for future purchases.


• Can multiple Gift Cards be used for a single purchase?
  Yes, you can use up to Five (5) E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards per transaction.


• Can Gift Cards be used in conjunction with a coupon code?

Returns & Credits:

• How do I cancel the purchase of a Gift Card?
  Once payment is made, an E-Gift Card/Gift Card purchase cannot be cancelled, refunded, converted to or exchanged for cash, or transferred to another Gift Card, regardless of whether the stored value has been fully or partially un-utilised.


• How are returns on items purchased with a Gift Card handled?
  If you return an item purchased with an E-Gift Card/Gift Card, your refund will be issued as an E-Gift Card (for online purchases) or another Gift Card (for in-store purchases). The refund card is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
