Description

Liebherr BlackSteel BluPerformance side by sides are made up of two individual appliances. This is beneficial for a number of reasons including independent cooling, no odour transfer (between fridge & freezer) and transportation. Liebherr’s SKBbs 4350 features a 2.4″ colour touch display, 3 BioFresh drawers (0°C) on telescopic rails, plus adjustable GlassLine fridge shelves. Key Features

BioFresh
so Liebherr introduced an additional temperature zone ‘BioFresh’, where many types of food can be kept fresh significantly longer than in a traditional refrigerator compartment. Keeping the temperature at just above 0°C combined with high humidity (HydroSafe) results in fruit and vegetables staying fresher for longer, while a dry environment (DrySafe) is ideal for storing meat, fish and dairy products.
Meat and dairy products
Low humidity and a temperature just above freezing point are the ideal storage conditions for meat and dairy products. BioFresh with the DrySafe setting provides this type of climate and keeps it constant at all times.
Fruit and vegetables
Fruit and vegetables are best kept in the HydroSafe with high humidity. A precision electronic control system ensures the temperature is maintained at just above 0ºC, preventing damaging frostbite.
Freestanding
reestanding Liebherr refrigerator, freezers and wine cellars are as the name suggests – freestanding. They do not require to be built-in to a cavity freestanding appliances are being placed into a cavity space however, they do require either a ventilation cut-out in the cabinetry above the appliance (minimum 300cm2) or a minimum clearance of 50mm above the unit if there is not ventilation cut-out. An anti-tilt bracket is required for installation of selected appliances.
SuperCool
The SuperCool function reduces the temperature of the refrigerator to +2°C or +3°C for 6 to 12 hours, depending on the model, switching back to normal operation automatically. By activating prior to grocery shopping, it will assist with cooling the new food more rapidly, thereby prolonging food preservation.
PowerCooling
Selected models feature a PowerCooling system with a FreshAir activated charcoal filter. The fan – as powerful as it is quiet – distributes the cold air efficiently throughout the entire refrigeration compartment. Whilst the activated charcoal filter is directly in the air stream of the fan to ensure pleasant fresh air at all times.
BluPerformance
Liebherr BluPerformance appliances achieve an outstanding energy efficiency without compromising on consumer conveniences. Refrigeration technology is compactly integrated into the base of the appliance, therefore freeing up vital space throughout the appliance for even more food storage. Combined with a specially mounted compressor, this innovative design makes the BluPerformance range exceptionally quiet.

Important information: For Side-by-Side installation the freezer or the appliance with freezer compartment must be installed on the left as viewed from the front to prevent possible formation of condensation.
