Perfect Sensor Technology
Perfect Sensor continuously analyzes the moisture content at the heart of the preparation, detects its weight and volume. The oven automatically controls and adjusts all the cooking parameters for an exceptional culinary result.
“Chief” Mode
This exclusive technology, De Dietrich patent, offers you 15 fully automatic cooking dishes. All you have to do is select the one listed on your menu and put your dish in the oven at the right height, according to the recommendation of the built-in pyrolytic oven.
Low temperature cooking
10 dishes in the purest respect of the culinary tradition. At the forefront of technology, these De Dietrich built-in pyrolytic ovens offer gentle, regular and homogeneous cooking, below 100°C, used by Chefs. Access to this program is extremely simple. All you have to do is choose your dish: pink or well-done lamb, roast veal, roast beef, small and large whole fish, yogurts… so that the built-in pyrolysis oven then automatically executes the desired cooking.
The Culinary Guide
Up to 50 recipes available. Guaranteed cooking quality. After choosing one of the pre-programmed recipes, then indicating the weight of the preparation, the pyrolysis built-in oven automatically determines the appropriate cooking mode, the ideal temperature and the cooking time required, to the nearest minute.
The French Pastry mode
Your built-in pyrolytic oven offers 12 automatic cooking recipes: Macaroons, Cannelés, Chocolate fondant... To make these great pastry classics with talent and success, rely on this exclusive dedicated menu.
The drying function
To enhance the flavor of all dishes. Maison De Dietrich has equipped its new built-in pyrolytic ovens with a function that will now be difficult to do without. This dehydration process makes it possible to dry at a perfectly controlled temperature, between 60°C and 80°C, a number of different foods – aromatic herbs, fruits or vegetables. By preventing the proliferation of bacteria, it allows them to be kept for several months so that they can be disposed of according to their desires and to preserve essential elements such as minerals and vitamins.
The Sabbath function
This programming mode allows the oven to operate in complete autonomy for 75 hours if necessary. A flow of electricity maintains the cavity at a constant temperature of 90°C, to cook or keep preparations warm without using the thermostat, the interior light remaining on, even when the door is closed.
Soft close door
The extreme comfort of a soft closure. This ingenious system allows the door of your built-in pyrolytic oven to close gently, without jerking.
Outgoing rails
Thanks to an ingenious system of outgoing rails, this built-in pyrolytic oven allows you to slide the grids and dish in the greatest comfort.
