Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dual Oscillating! Advertised as "360° Dual Oscillating". So purchased this yesterday and only realised it is not a Dual Oscillating product. Although there are top and bottom wind outlets, the top wind outlet does not 'oscillate' different to its bottom outlet. There is only one electric motor and one oscillation mechanism that moves both top and bottom outlet. To get a 360 air distribution, the top outlet has to be manually rotated to 180deg (facing the other way to its bottom outlet). Other than that, it is still a pretty good fan. Love the styling and more importantly that it is quiet. Also love the Sleep, Natural & Eco modes and that the fan auto adjusts speed within these 3 modes. Brilliant!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from A very expensive fan that does NOT cool or heat. Read the fine print before buying! Although specifications state "Heating & Cooling Features" and there is a temperature indicator, thus implying the temperature can be adjusted, this is NOT the case and is very missleading. Upon purchase and delivery I learned you cannot adjust the temperature and reading the specs online again I noticed in small print that this unit does not cool the air or heat it up. I'm so incredibly dissapointed - what an absolute waste of money I worked so hard to save up to get a heating and cooling fan. A basic fan for $30 would do the same job!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cool Air.... We have had some really hot days recently and have really appreciated this fan as it takes the edge off the intensity of the heat. I personally find it at it's most useful when sitting or laying close to it and having it on the strong air flow directed almost right on to me but sort of flowing slightly to the side. Brilliant, and I've no longer been getting headaches from the high temperatures. It is tall and also quite big, bigger and heavier than I expected, but takes up minimal space. It has different fan speeds and a swivel motion if desired. All in all a very pleasing purchase.
