  • Should the selected date/time slot be unavailable, Harvey Norman reserves the right to reschedule the appointment upon mutual agreement with the customer or cancel the appointment
  • Accurate information must be provided when filling up the form to request for a HN Virtual Shopping Assistant appointment. A confirmation of the appointment will be made within 1 working day
  • Purchase transactions done with the HN Virtual Shopping Assistant will be processed upon receipt of full payment
  • Harvey Norman reserves the rights to amend any of the above terms and conditions without any prior notice
