Terms and conditions:

1. All participants in the couple challenge must: (i) be aged 21 years and above, (ii) be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident, and (iii) hold a valid NRIC
2. Participants in the family challenge must be immediate family (defined as parents, spouses, children, siblings, grandparents, aunties, uncles and cousins). Each family needs to comprise of 2 adults  (i) be aged 21 years and above, (ii) be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident, and (iii) hold a valid NRIC. The remaining 2 participating family members must be a minimum age of 4 years old as of 1 November 2016.
3. Completion of the registration represents acceptance of the rules and regulations by each participating couple/family.
4. All participating couples/family will be issued a registration bib during registration on the day of the event.
5. The"Power of Love" Challenge entry is non-transferable. Replacement is not allowed for either or both partners/family once the registration is confirmed.
6. For safety reasons, participating couple/family are encouraged to wear comfortable clothings with covered footwear on the day of event. Couples/families are encouraged to wear matching outfits.
7. Couples/families who participate fully according to the rules of the event and returned their registration bibs will be given Harvey Norman vouchers. Pertama Merchandising Pte Ltd (Harvey Norman Singapore) reserves the right to withdraw this benefit should there be any disqualifications or dispute.
8. Pertama Merchandising Pte Ltd (Harvey Norman Singapore)reserves the right to limit and refuse entries without assigning any reasons thereof.
9. All shortlisted participants are required to produce the official notification of participation and NRIC on the day of event.
10. Pertama Merchandising Pte Ltd (Harvey Norman Singapore)) reserves the right to remove any participants deemed physically incapable of continuing in the challenge to prevent the participant from causing greater harm and injury to himself/herself.
11. Whilst every reasonable precaution will be taken by Pertama Merchandising Pte Ltd (Harvey Norman Singapore)) to ensure the participants’ safety, Pertama Merchandising Pte Ltd (Harvey Norman Singapore)shall not be liable for any death or injury, loss or damage, suffered or otherwise, howsoever arising, and this includes all costs and expenses incurred as a result of such claims.
12. Pertama Merchandising Pte Ltd (Harvey Norman Singapore) reserves the right to use any photograph, motion picture recording, or any other record during the challenge and its participants for any legitimate purpose, including commercial advertising.
13. Pertama Merchandising Pte Ltd (Harvey Norman Singapore) reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change the challenges, venue, date and time of the event.
14. Employees of Pertama Merchandising Pte Ltd (Harvey Norman Singapore) its affiliates, event agency and their immediate family members of each are not eligible to enter the challenge.
15. Pertama Merchandising Pte Ltd (Harvey Norman Singapore) reserves the right to amend any of the rules and regulations without giving prior notification or any reasons thereof.
16. Decisions made by Pertama Merchandising Pte Ltd (Harvey Norman Singapore) are final.
